  • What are the hours of operation?

    The office is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm. The gate access hours are 7am – 9pm 7 days a week at our Promenade Parkway location and 24/7 at our Promenade North location.

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available, you can move in after filling out documents during business hours.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    All you need is a government-issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • What about insurance?

    We offer insurance onsite for your contents through a third party. You can also contact your automobile or homeowners insurance agent to see if your items are covered.

  • Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security password code that will allow you access during facility gate hours.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    Use our size guide to give you an idea of what fits in a particular storage unit.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday or from 9am-3pm on Saturday for a complimentary tour of our facility.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    At Promenade Self Storage our doors use cylinder locks which provide extra security and are available for purchase at the facility.

  • How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

    We require a 15 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

  • Are their any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    Promenade Self Storage does require a refundable $50.00 security deposit to be paid at the time of signing.
